1. Know the price. If the price is too low, you may suspicious.
2. Observe the specifications. Although the physical of counterfeit resemble the original, but often it has different specifications. Either that the reseller add new features or even reduce features that should exist in the original products.
3. Returns policy. Resellers who have trusted has returns policy for consumer satisfaction. Don't ever purchase if the reseller has not returns policy.
4. Warranty. All the company's smartphones offer a warranty that covers products, accessories and software. Counterfeit resellers do not offer this.
5. Facebook and Twitter accounts. Many resellers use social media to promote its products. Make sure you know the reseller very well and do not forget to read consumer's comment. Find out about how long they have that account and how long they have been being a seller to measure their reputation.
