When you reboot Windows, the operating system will restart the PC and then log back into the Windows Desktop. For those of you who frequently commute to install the application, re-booting Windows is becoming less practical. Basically, applications that require restarting Windows only requires updating the registry of Windows only. For that there is a faster way you can do.
