HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop". On the right side window of the Registry editor look for "PaintDesktopVersion".
Make changes to this section by double clicking "PaintDesktopVersion". The next step, the dialog box "Edit DWORD Value", precisely in the "Value data" enter the value "1". Press the "OK", then close the window "Registry Editor". Next restart your computer.
