To prevent bleeding or bluring on keyboard, you need to dry your hand before typing, make sure you are not typing while you eat or do something which contains oil in it.
To fix it, you need to remove the bleeding or bluring letters on the keyboard and put something like letter sticker or tatto onto it. For safer way, you can open the case of keyboard and put the letter sticker or tatto onto it carefuly.
