Have you ever uploaded picture on Facebook by its Java Uploader? And the blue upload bar frozen on the process? And sure the upload process will never end.
Try to renew the version of Java in your computer. If it's not working, the problem could be from internet browser, make sure your computer is supporting Java.
If it's not changing anything, maybe you were taking too many pictures to be uploaded in the same process. Try to decrease the ammount of pictures, e.g.: from 30 pictures to 15 pictures.
It means your internet connection or internet browser or its Java version doesn't match with what Facebook required. Decreasing the ammount of pictures to be uploaded is the only last way.
