In the Filter bar type [network.protocol-handler.external.ms-help]. Now you will create a new reference Integer value. Way, right-mouse Click on the Reference and choose "New", then "Integer". In the Integer type bar [nglayout.initialpaint.delay] and then click OK. and enter the value [0] (zero) and click OK.

In the Filter bar type [network.protocol-handler.external.ms-help]. Now you will create a new refernce Integer value. Way, right-mouse Click on the Reference and choose "New", then "Integer". In the Integer type bar [content.notify.backoffcount] and then click OK. and enter the value [5] (Lima) and click OK.
Step 8:
In the Filter bar type [network.protocol-handler.external.ms-help]. Now you will create a new reference Integer value. Way, right-mouse Click on the Reference and plih "New", then "Integer". In the Integer type bar [ui.submenuDelay] and click OK. then click OK. and enter the value [0] (zero) and click OK.
Close Firefox and restart again, and compare the results.
