The first, you can't make other ads which has looks like what Google Adsense looks, and it must be your own advertisement system, not for some other ads service.

+ Excessive profanity
+ Violence, Racial Intolerance, or advocate againts any individual, group, or organization
+ Hacking or cracking content, including cracking or sharing keygenerator of copyrighted software or other things that illegal
+ Illicit drugs
+ Pornography or adult contents (in any kind of text, picture, sound, and video)
+ Gambling and casino-related
+ Excessive advertising
+ illegal promoting of activity, infringes, and copyrighted things
+ Pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit window notice that interfere with site navigation
+ Manipulating Search Engine System
+ Forcing Ad click
+ Product selling of weapon, such as firearms, ammunition, and other kinds like
+ Alcohol product selling or its explanation
+ Spam software or other related things
+ Scribble of Tags
+ Impostor or hoax
