Quick Get Task Manager
In Windows 7, you may get on User Option if you press CTRL+ALT+Del instead of Task Manager. You can open Task Manager quickly by press CTRL+SHIFT+Esc, it works also for Windows Vista
Quick Launch
Right-Click the "Taskbar" arrange on "Toolbar" and click "New Toolbar". The selection window will appear, you need to enter "[Your User Profile Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch" without the quotation marks. The last you need to do is turn off "Lock the Taskbar" and right click on it, then disable "Show Text" and "Show Title". View it as "Small Icons". Rearrange them and lock it back.
