You may install Firefox Add-ons offline, by click on the downloaded add-ons and double click on the file, and then you will see a window popping out and say that Windows cannot open the file, you need to choose "Select a program from a list of installed program" and then click 'Ok'.

Afterward, you will see a window like the picture below
Click picture to enlargerIf there is no recommended program, you should browse by clicking at 'Browse . . .' (number 2 at the picture above) and find where your Mozilla Firefox located is. Don't forget to mark "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" (number 1 at the picture above), so you do not need to do those for the next time.
Now your Mozilla Firefox will be opened and install your Add-ons.
