Disable your USB and CD-Rom and any other hardware

You do not want someone steal your files from USB or CD-Rom? Disable it by go to Control Panel and double click on System. You will pop up a window, switch it to "Hardware" and singe click on "Device Manager", you may see some hardware that installed in your computer, you can disable USB Root and your CD-Rom right there by left click each hardware and choose "Properties", and disable them.

To enable the hardware, just follow those steps and choose "Enable".
