It is required Winamp version 5 or more with Modern Skin
You need to play the song first, then enlarger the windows of Winamp by drag the corner of its window to the right untill you see the beat of the visualization.
And then, hold [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[ALT] and click in the middle of beat of the visualization.
If you do if correctly, you will see 2 standing camels or lammas face to face keep nodding follow the beat of the song that being played.
